Professional installation equals a beautiful floor
You want your floors to be the jewel in the crown of your house! Not only is flooring a major investment, but it's also the big expression of your style. High-quality flooring material is always crucial when it comes to appearance, but so is the installation.
When done by a professional, there's enough experience to spot potential challenges, avoid them, and then handle them quickly if they do occur. Crews will do the proper subfloor repair. They'll also check moisture levels, particularly important in any wood flooring, like hardwood or laminate.
Every professional at our company has at least 30 years' experience in the flooring industry. We'll also make the entire flooring installation experience as stress-free and convenient for you. Feel free to visit our showroom in Greencastle, PA if you have any questions or concerns.
Subfloor preparation is key, always
Subfloors always have to be clean, dry, and level. In some cases, such as carpet installation, there might be more extensive repairs needed, such as restoring or mending holes and gaps. This way, the carpet will always be wrinkle and roll-free, aligned, seamed properly, and stretched correctly.
Especially when it's a laminate or vinyl installation, subfloor imperfections can telegraph through; a professional will sand it if necessary to ensure a gorgeous surface floor. Some floorings just require that the subfloor be clean, dry, and level. If not level, the installer will sand it; otherwise the subfloor will be askew.

Questions?
We're here to help
Tile installation is laborious
Special equipment, such as tile saw cutters, needs to be used. Rooms are not perfect squares. There are baseboards, door sills, and other obstructions on which to get around. Sometimes a tile will need to be cut at an odd angle to fit. When something is a plank, such as a wood-look tile, it has a long, straight line and any imperfection will only be highlighted.
Why in-house?
When it's in-house, you're always assured of quality. The crews are the company. Communication is also better. During the selection process, we'll ask a lot of questions about lifestyle, goals, and even the room in which it's to be installed. This helps us identify any potential challenges that may occur and we can pass that information on to our installation department.
